How Does It Work?

Discovery Meeting

We first meet with you to learn what type of experience you are looking for. We consider your venue, the size of your party, their ages and interests, and any themes or ideas you may initially have.

Proposal & Design

We then present to you a proposal with one or more options for your event. Once we agree, we begin either customizing an event from a starting point or developing the bespoke experience you want.

Event Day Setup

On the big day, we arrive and stage the event. This includes decorating, setting props, and potentially installing any technology we require to run the event.

Run & Cleanup

We remain on site for the duration of your party to run the show. When it's over, we disassemble everything and return the space to exactly how we found it!

We've designed and hosted events for kids as young as 10 and for adults. We will tailor the theme and content so it is suitable for your guests.

No, but we've never seen an event where people sit around and just watch.

We do it all! Kids birthday parties, special events, corporate parties, anniversaries, or just hosting a unique gathering with your friends. We will give a memorable experience to all your guests for any occasion.

We do not currently provide catering but we will work with you and your caterer to ensure any food or drink you serve is incorporated into the theme of the event.

Events can be as long or as short as you want, but typical events last around two hours.

Some of our events have live actors, but many rely on the interactive aspects of the venue to drive the story.

We are a team with decades of experience in game design, film production, and immersive entertainment.

We are based in the San Francisco Bay Area but are happy to travel to wherever your party is. Travel expenses will be included in the event's cost.

Every event is unique, so costs will vary based on party size, location, and complexity. We can give you initial estimates after we first meet.
